Our Beef
We raise our cattle on pasture year round and supplement them with hay grown on our farm in the winter months.
We graze our cattle on our pastures in the Wet Mountain Valley in the summer, and winter them on our pastures at our farm in Canon City, feeding them hay that we grow when needed. We do not give them any growth hormones ever, and do not give them a regiment of antibiotics. Pastured beef is naturally healthier. Disease and illness are rare in pastured animals and therefore our animals do not require antibiotics.
Processing
We have all of our beef processed at Jensons Blue Ribbon Processing in Fowler, Colorado. It is a family owned operation and is USDA inspected.
If you buy a ½ or whole beef you can choose how it is cut and packaged. If you buy a ¼ or 1/8th of beef, we have it standard cut and packaged 2 steas to a package.
